Proposed change of use of the existing community office room and community meeting room on the first floor of the Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town Council community resources centre including: (1) Change of use of the existing first floor community office room (room 1) to Class B1 (Business), Class D1 (Non-Residential Institutions) or Sui Generis (for use by a self-employed Nail/Eyelash Technician only) uses; and (2) Change of use of the existing first floor community meeting room (room 2) to Class B1 (Business) or Class D1 (Non-Residential Institutions) uses, which these proposed uses are not in association with the Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town Council.
