Description

Introduce a retaining wall (including a railing above) to the east of the house to create level access along the house and allow the parking area to follow the natural gradient of the hill (and adjacent highway). - Renew the ground surface with limestone-finished porcelain tiles leading to the entrance, a tarmac finish to the parking area, and grey setts on the transition to the highway. - Reduce the length of the lower portion of the previous boundary wall (Listed Building Consent)(Part Retrospective).
