Non Material Amendment to Planning Approval 0/51457 (Variation of conditions 2 & 6 of planning consent 0/41682 (Demolition of the existing former Masonic Hall Structure. Construction of residential development consisting of 2 blocks of terraced houses consisting of the 3 plots in each block) to allow for amended plans and discharge of condition 6 (Hard landscaping) to allow for alterations to the wording of conditions 3, 4, 5 and 8 to remove the pre-commencement restrictions attached to them all. We request that the conditions instead read that all work should be undertaken in accordance with the details submitted and approved to discharge conditions 3, 4 and 5 of permission 0/47225, along with condition 8 of permission 0/48536.
