Approval of condition nos 3 (Programme of Archaeological Work) & 4 (Bat Conservation Plan) of Listed Building Consent 0/51259 (Merging of two dwellings into one dwelling by the removal of the modern subdivision that converted a section of the original house into a first floor maisonette. Also externally there is improvement of the main entrance, the conversion of an existing window to a French door, the reversion of casement windows to yorkshire sashes to the three Eastern dormers, the provision of two conservation skylights and the relocation of modern soil stacks internally. Internally the few changes are fully described in the Design and Heritage Impact Statement, and include some minor works to remove modern alterations, including restoring a staircase to its original form, the provision of new partitioning to create en-suite facilities and the reconstruction of missing joinery elements.
