Submission of drawings pursuant to discharge of condition 13(a) Fully detailed design and layout drawings for the proposed SuDS components including but not limited to: brown roofs, attenuation systems, rainwater pipework, flow control devices, design for system exceedance, design for ongoing maintenance; surface water flow rates shall be restricted to no greater than 13.2 l/s, provision should be made for an attenuation volume capacity capable of achieving this, which should be no less than 263m3 of planning permission 22/00848/FULMAJ dated 21.12.2023.
