Consultation by London Borough of Southwark on a request for an EIA Screening Opinion for the redevelopment of the site including partial demolition, extension and renewal of the existing office building to provide additional high quality office space, the redevelopment of Keats House with the retention of the existing historic facade, and the restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Georgian terraces.
