Description

The City of London Corporation has received a request for an EIA Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the redevelopment of the site known as 1-2 Minster Court EC3R 7AA. The proposed development comprises partial demolition of the existing buildings, erection of a new building of approximately 65,000m2 NIA to provide a mix of commerical (Class E) retail (Class E) and community/cultural/education/amenity (sui generis) floorspace with new public realm, pedestrian routes and associated works. The building would be an approximate height of 115m AOD.
