Description

Submission of (a) The level of noise emitted from any new plant shall be in accordance with the limits established in the Plant Noise Impact Assessment for Planning dated July 2021 (prepared by Waterman Group); (b) Following installation but before the new plant comes into operation measurements of noise from the new plant must be taken and a report demonstrating that the plant as installed meets the design requirements as expressed in the Plant Noise Impact Assessment for Planning dated July 2021; (c) All constituent parts of the new plant shall be maintained and replaced in whole or in part as often is required to ensure compliance with the noise levels approved by the Local Planning Authority; and details relating to mounting of mechanical plant to minimise transmission of structure borne sound or vibration pursuant to conditions 9 and 10 of planning permission 21/00873/FULL dated 17/05/2022.
