Description

Submission of a scheme for protecting nearby residents and commercial occupiers from noise, dust and other environmental effects; the proposed Sui generis development sharing a party element with an office premises shall be designed and constructed to provide resistance to the transmission of sound. The sound insulation shall be sufficient to ensure that NR40 is not exceeded in the proposed premises due to noise from the neighbouring non-office premises and shall be permanently maintained thereafter and; before any mechanical plant is used on the premises it shall be mounted in a way which will minimise transmission of structure borne sound or vibration to any other part of the building pursuant to conditions 3,4 and 5 of planning permission 23/00896/FULL dated 07/02/2024.
