Description

Internal refurbishment works to 81 John Trundle Court comprising replacement of kitchen units and renewal of appliances, redecoration and installation of ventilation duct for hob.The proposal consists of the removal of the kitchen units and replace with modern cabinetry, new appliances and decorating. This proposal will entail the addition of a freestanding appliance housing unit to create a more spacious and up to date layout as illustrated on the drawings. The garchey is also to be removed and to be replaced with a standard trap connected to the existing drainage system in accordance with the Landlords requirements. The ventilation duct for the hob will be extended to the new position, this will be fire rated ductwork and fire damper connection to the existing Barbican vertical ventilation riser with the expected ventilation rate of 20 litres a second, as illustrated on the drawing. A heated Quooker tap will also be installed.
