Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 19/01307/FULEIA dated 23rd September 2021 to i) amend conditions 2 (Road Vehicle Attack Mitigation: Structural Damage), 3 (Road Vehicle Attack Mitigation: Public Realm), 10 (Wind Mitigation) and 19 (Carbon Dioxide Emissions) to alter the trigger points; and ii) amend condition 23 to allow for the reinstatement of the visible grave ledger stones to be in locations to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority.
