Description

Submission of details of (a) detailed drawings of a scale no less than 1:20, in plan, section and elevation, of typical bays and junctions with adjoining buildings; (b) details of parapets, balustrades, BMU cradles and other excrescences at terraces or roof level; (c) details of external plant enclosures and plant; (d) details of external ducts, vents, louvres and extracts; (e) Particulars and samples of materials to be used in all external surfaces of the building including the construction of sample panels for site inspection and; (f) The retail uses shall provide active frontages to maintain and enhance the vitality of the City's streets pursuant to condition 5 of planning permission 22/00832/FULL dated 10/05/2023.
