Description

Submission of details of (i) the level of noise emitted from any new plant pursuant to condition 6(a); (ii) measurements of noise from the new plant must be taken and a report demonstrating that the plant as installed meets the design requirements pursuant to condition 6(b); and (iii) all constituent parts of the new plant shall be maintained and replaced in whole or in part as often is required to ensure compliance with the noise levels pursuant to condition 6(c) of planning permission 22/00948/FULL dated 13/02/2023.
