Description

Application under Section 106 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to amend the affordable housing triggers within the Second Schedule, Part 2, Clause 3 to allow 50% of the affordable housing units to be completed and transferred prior to 50% occupation of the private units. Introduce a second trigger requiring 100% of the affordable housing units to be completed prior to 90% occupation of the private units; and amend Part 2, Paragraph 1.4 to facilitate a Golden Brick arrangement.
