Tip back lateral spread on Southern side by 2.5m, leaving a spread of 10m, T136 (Wingnut) - Remove eppercormic growth on Northern side that is touching building to 6m height, remove vertical ascending stem on Northern side at 15m which has historic failure and is decaying to below decay point approximately 5m and T137 (Wingnut) - Tip reduce laterals on Southern side by 3m, leaving spread of 10m.
