Description

Householder application to move existing front wall of the garage forward to the line of the existing front wall to the adjacent side passageway and convert the existing garage into a utility space and a home office, remove the existing failing flat canopy roof above the front door and replace it with a pitched canopy roof supported on timber brackets, replace the existing front window to the living room with a bay window which will sit under the new pitched canopy roof, reposition the existing front wall panel around the front door some 100mm forward, retaining a recess with the main front elevation and to rebuilt in matching brickwork, replace the existing failing timber panel on the front elevation with render and provide two new parking spaces in parallel to and behind the existing footpath
