In accordance with the requirements of Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 17 to the High-Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017, the nominated undertaker hereby requests approval of PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS relating to the following development authorised by the Act: - Chetwode Embankment (Part of)- Chetwode Cutting- Barton Hartshorn Embankment- Barton to Mixbury Cutting (Part of)- Footpath BHA/2 Overbridge- Earthworks associated with the realignment of Footpath CHW/18- Earthworks associated with the realignment of School End- Earthworks associated with the realignment of Footpath BHA/2- Earthworks associated with The Green realignment- Earthworks associated with the Chetwode Auto Transformer Station (ATS) Compound- Earthworks associated with the GSMR Compound- Earthworks required to the 3 approved access tracks and to create 1 no. new access track. The approved access tracks are listed below:-- Noise Barrier- 6 No. Line Side Stairs (Access Stairs)- 4 No. Minor Ditch Crossings- 6 No. Drainage Ponds- Drainage Ditches- Watercourse Diversion of a tributary of Padbury Brook- Flood Compensation Area- Barton Hartshorn Culverts and 6 No. Ancillary Culverts (above ground elements only)- Location of the Vehicle Restraint Barriers- Location of the permanent (security and boundary) fencing
