Listed Building Consent for opening up works to determine extent of rot and damage to the historic fabric of Stoke Park Mansion, to include removal of damaged and non-performing areas of slate roof, flashings, batting, sarking boards, upstands, existing timber roof structures, the removal of defective flashings around chimney stacks, parapet details, examination of cornices and stonework, removal of bossed render, removal of rotten timber window frames, remove all elements of non-functioning DPMs and waterproofing, internally lifting of floorboards for review of floor structure, and removal of elements of internal plasterwork and ceilings where dampness has occurred.
