Description

T23 Copper Beech - Reduce the height by up to 2 meters and spread of the tree by up to 1.5 metres, approximately back to the previous pruning points. All cuts to be made at suitable branch junctions with good growth points.Reason for works:The tree has a tight union where it bifurcates into co-dominant stems, with limited reactionary growth at this point. Reducing the tree in line with previous management techniques will help maintain its aesthetic appearance while reducing some of the loading on the weak union. This will support the long-term preservation of the tree.
