T1 Ash tree Located at front of property next to garage Tree is in close proximity to garage and beginning to cause damage main trunk is within 0.3m of garage client is requesting to fell the tree due to its location and size T2 Conifer Located at front of property next to customers house tree has out grown its location and blocking a large amount of light in front windows client would rather fell and re plant heather tree has no significant aesthetic value and due to location fell is recommend T3 Large Ash tree Location rear garden on property boundary line Tree has out grown its location and due to ash die back I?ve recommend fell over reduction. The ash tree is largely overhanging neighbouring property and within falling distance of both clients and neighbours property with over extending leggy lateral limbs with large amounts of end weight client is concerned of overall size and root damage to property due to ground being raised at base of tree and roots visible above ground heading toward house T4 Lawson cypress Location rear garden Client would like to remove and re plant unsure of what will be re planted have suggest broad leaf over coniferous species possibly copper beech or maybe liquid amber Tree has no aesthetic value and client would prefer to remove and plant a broad leaf tree in a different location a little further away from property
