Description

In accordance with the requirements of Paragraph 12 of Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Act 2017, the nominated undertaker hereby requests an agreement of SITE RESTORATION of land within the HS2 Act limits located at the west of the Colne Valley Viaduct in proximity to piers 42-45, and east of the viaduct in proximity to Pier 45.
