Description

In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 21 of Schedule 17 to the High-Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2007 the nominated undertaker requests approval for a Non-Material Change to the Plans and Specifications approval Reference PL/22/0430/HS2 for the following amendments: Change to part of the South Heath Cutting between chainages 48+700 and 48+170 and ancillary amendments comprising; Change to earthwork cutting shelf and eastern bund profile; Realignment of the consented permanent security fencing; Realignment of drainage ditch on top of the eastern cutting north of GMI/2 Overbridge and omission of drainage ditch south of GMI/2 Overbridge and; Omission of Maintenance access stairs, handrails, working platforms by GMI/2 Overbridge.
