Description

Non material amendment to planning permission PL/23/1725/FA (Demolition of existing structures and construction of post production film facility and ancillary facilities including parking and landscaping and other associated works.) to allow for an amendment to condition 12 to read No works (other than demolition and construction of the Kit Room) shall begin until a surface water drainage scheme for the site, based on sustainable drainage principles has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the development is completed.
