Approval of condition 3 (mortar mix) of planning permission PL/24/1252/HB - Listed building consent to erect a scaffold tower up to chimney height. Remove existing lime mortar and insert Helibar stitching bars at every 4th course to wrap around the entire chimney stack. The entire chimney stack is to then be re-pointed using traditional lime mortar. Existing concrete flaunching around the top of the stack is to be repaired with new concrete
