Species: Fir tree (located adjacent to entrance gate, fronting Church Street North)- Crown lift by removal of dead and browning lower branches up to approx. 2.5m. Clear accumulated dead needles. No reduction of green upper crown. Reason: Lower branches are dead or severely browning, creating a fire hazard, obstructing maintenance, and detracting from the trees health and the churchs appearance. Needles at the base create slip risk on adjacent footpath. Tree health will benefit from removal of deteriorated growth
