T1 mature beech tree with signs of brittle cinder fungus and bleeding canker and also come across a hole to the base of the tree that is around 10cm diameter and behind that is big cavity which shows that the tree has extensive decay so as for the size and location being in the owners top corner of the property and in falling distance of the house and next to a very busy footpath and also next to the school playing field I recommend that this tree is to be felled to ground level and also to be replanted at a later date
