Description

Variation of condition 2 on approval 25/4596/HOUS: Removal of existing rear conservatory. Construction of rear extension and first floor side extension together with new porch and garage conversion. Changes have been made to the design, which include: reduction in the extent of the single storey rear extension, removal of one roof light. Decorative brick sections added to rear elevation. Replacement of rear first floor windows, with dark grey frames. Reconfiguration of doors and windows and AC and AHP locations to side elevation 2 and reconfiguration of first floor windows to front elevation.
