Description

Variation of condition 3 on approval 25/4004/HOUS: Erection of a single-storey side and rear extension and a rear dormer extension. Alterations to include the installation of rooflights to the front roof slope and the conversion of an existing lean-to and WC into habitable space. The condition should be varied to substitute the previously approved drawing numbers with the newly updated drawing numbers, to reflect the minor material amendments to the dormer cheek material, dimensions, and glazing.
