Description

Variation of condition 2 on approval 21/6339N: Barn conversion to form 2 dwellings and construction of new garage building with partial demolition of modern farm buildings. Approved position of the garage to unit 2 to be moved. The access to the land to the north is no longer required so we wish to move the garage across closer to the retained agricultural building. This will help to screen out the large agricultural building from the proposed dwelling and also open out the view to the north.
