Description

To create a concrete surfaced trailer parking area on what is currently a grass field, with underground water drainage storage and interceptor. The trailer park is behind a current hedge and will be surrounded by a soil bund with trees and shrubs planting on it to shield the trailer park from the view of neighbouring properties, there will be an acoustic fence to reduce noise disturbance and safety lighting pointing away from properties and below fence height. There will be additional hedge and tree planting along the boundary fence giving a net biodiversity gain from the project.
