Description

This is a weeping ash tree that I feel requires removal or work to straighten (if removal is not appropriate) it appears collapsed and has been in this state since moving into the property. It stretches across half of the width of the garden causing obstruction. I would ideally like to remove this tree (I can do this myself) should I be granted permission.
