Lawson Cypress tree marked as red on site plan. Removal due to over sized in its location being too close to the property. Removal requested due to not being a species that responds well to heavy pruning nor would it be industry best practice to 'Top' the tree. Replacement would be made in the form of a species that supports the surrounding wildlife such as a Mountain Ash which would be planted further away from the house as marked as green as a rough location.
