Application Details
Description
Fell a rotten pollarded Lime tree which is in danger of causing damage to vehicles and persons should it fall. On the advice of Tim Fleet Cert Arb, who has inspected the tree, we are applying for the tree to be felled. The tree has been judged to be in serious decline, with 4 cavities and wet rot. Because the tree is adjacent to the road and at risk of falling across a public highway, the recommendation is that the tree be felled. Should a requirement to replace the tree be made by the LPA, the tree would be replaced by a lime or appropriate native tree.
