Description

T1 - Horse Chestnut Located to the rear of the property and is impacting the conservatory. The tree is also contributing to excessive shading; however the primary reason for the proposed works is safety. Proposed Works for T1: Reduction of the property-facing side of the crown by approximately 1m. Removal of the lowest limb on the left-hand side that is extending towards the property. These works will reduce risk to the property and help achieve a more balanced and appropriate crown structure. T2 - Sycamore Located on the rear right-hand side of the garden. Proposed Works for T2: Crown reduction of approximately 1m. Crown lift to an appropriate height. All works proposed above are in accordance with BS3998:2010 Client request was made regarding possibility of crown thinning the sycamore (T2). However, this operation would not be compliant with BS3998, and is therefore not being recommended.
