Description

T1 – large Pine located at the front left corner of the property. Sectional dismantle REASON: The Pine is creating a number of issues due to its proximity to the properties. The extensive root plate of the tree have caused extensive lifting of the drive area. The already elevated drive is creating water isssues close to the property diverting water directly towards the property. Drain repair work have been undertaken close to the property demonstrated by the sections of drive/path the have previously been removed by the drains. The tree overhangs 7 Overhill and the neighbouring property, and issues with falling limbs damaging the roof have been reported. Limited pruning options exist to reduce the risk of this as a significant proportion of the canopy overhangs the house. Overall the current issues with the tree cannot be dealt with dealt with with practical management (Tree pruning or root pruning).
