Description

Variation of condition 6 on approval 25/2433/HOUS: Proposed single storey side and rear extensions with internal alterations, demolition of existing garage and chimney and change to first floor window. Officer advised that a piled foundation design and method statement would be sufficient to discharge this condition. However, following a site visit and official report from the arboriculturist, it is their recommendation the trees be removed. Therefore removing the need for piled foundations and protection of the root zones.
