Tree is within G11 of order, one of 5 Norway Maples, tagged on site as 4427. The tree exhibits structural tree risk feature of included stem union and the presence of Meripulis giganteus fruiting body at base of trunk, numerous Coprinellus fruiting bodies around base of trunk, may be indicative of root decay. This combination of factors has resulted in a QTRA output of 1/10k ROH, based on whole tree failure towards Victoria Road. Proposed work is to section dismantle to as near ground level as practicable.
