Description

Certificate of Lawful Development for proposed change of use from Car Sales Forecourt returning to previous use as a Petrol Filling Station and automatic car wash, retaining existing buildings, existing forecourt canopy, reinstating fuel pumps to existing islands, with new suction pipework connected to existing underground fuels tanks relined to comply with EN13160-7. Drainage will retain existing discharge system for forecourt via petrol interceptors and for car wash valeting via the 3 stage wash-down separator. Existing sales building will be fit-out with new shop layout and shelving.
