Non-material amendment on approval 22/0422C: Omit reinstatement of one non-original door opening. Reduce lean-to roof height and omit new roof light. Reduce overall width of glazing in South-west gable and make uniform width. Omit change to king truss position. Lower roof light positions to accommodate existing purlins and add 2 no. additional roof lights. Modify garage eaves level to retain original stonework. Equalise spacing of garage door openings. Add false brick vent details as original and for consistent gable appearance. Correct minor errors in position, height, and head style of some door openings. Add SVP and RWP locations.
