Description

The trees identified (T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 ) on site are in poor to very poor structural condition, exhibiting significant defects that compromise their long-term stability. Given their proximity to the neighbouring road (B5074), these defects present an elevated risk of partial or whole tree failure, which could endanger road users. To mitigate this risk and reduce potential future liability, it is recommended that the affected trees (T3, T4, T5 ) be removed to ground level, and trees (T6 to be turned into a 5-meter monolith and T7 be turned into a 4-meter monolith in accordance with professional guidance, thereby ensuring public safety and maintaining responsible land management practices.
