Description

Non-material amendment on approval 20/0901C: Proposed changes to meet the operational requirements of the expanded production facility. Inclusion of a new plan illustrating the delivery of Phases 1 and 2; Concrete surrounding dock levellers reduced and replaced with cladding to match Phase 1; Vertical banded cladding removed and changed to vertical profile cladding to match surrounding building; Addition of effluent tanks to the north-east elevation; Removal of roller shutter doors on the north-east elevation; Addition of High Voltage room and Switch room; Provision of fire exit door to north-east elevation; Addition of ingredient silos and boiler room to north-east elevation; Addition of external office / workshop on north-east elevation; Amendment to effluent tank to decrease size; and, Addition of new perimeter access to the rear service yard.
