Description

(1) Silver birch (T16) — Up to 4m whole crown reduction. Reasons: threatened legal action regarding "overbearing height and amount of shade" and "the fact the tree discharges seeds late May/June for a few weeks which are a nuisance and get everywhere" by a neighbour (5 Bell Farm Court) on the far side of the public path behind me. Crown reduction will also reduce the tree's overhang of that public path and hopefully minimise risks to the public as the tree gets older. (2) Silver birch (T16) — permission sought, if required, to re-seat the immediate neighbour's (33 Harvest Road) fence post — right next to the tree — which the tree's roots have been steadily moving for a long time
