Description

Variation of condition 2 on approval 23/1112N: Change tiled roof to EPDM flat roof to match the existing garage. Change from 3 separate small skylights to a single roof lantern to give more natural light. Change to wood paneling in lieu of facing brick as am unable to match the brick colour. As agreed with the Building Inspector, the part wall to No.8 had to be extended to bridge over an existing waste pipe. Increase roof overhang to give better solar isolation during summer but allow light in during winter.
