Description

Removal of young self set Alder saplings and young trees. 80% are less than 75mm in diameter (please refer to green dots on the map). Established trees adjacent to canal will be left indicated on the map. Saplings which are to be removed are circled in red. These feld saplings will be replaced with a new mixed species hedgerow, over the entire length of the field. We will plant some Field Maple and Hazel within the new hedge line.
