All trees along the boundary of the car park at homemoss House (T1 T2) that are located within the premises of 40 Sandbach Rd South require a small crown lift to a height not exceeding 4m to allow for unobstructed parking in all vehicle types including emergency, trades and private. In addition trees T3,T4, T5 and T6 require the same action and a reduction of lateral branches in the upper canopy to allow sufficient clearance from buildings and to prevent the suppression of smaller species growing within the premises.
