Description

Proposed Works to Multiple TPO Trees T1 Sycamore & T2 Beech (G2 of the Order) are located close to boundary with Bollington Lane and the works to crown lift and removal of partially failed limbs are acceptable. T3 Sycamore (G3 of the Order) is proposed for removal and presents evidence of significant die-back within the majority of the upper canopy. T4 to T8 (G3 and G4 of the Order)Sycamore all propose crown lift. T9 Monkey Puzzle is not subject to formal protection with the proposed removal of dead wood to be carried out as an exception. T10, 11, 12 Sycamore (G5 of the Order)reduction back to the main stem of branches previously partially reduced. At the time of the site visit it was noted a large Oak tree within G2 had failed at the root plate and is currently hung up within the canopy of an adjacent tree. No works have been identified within the survey for the tree but any works required would be considered as an exception under Regulation 14 of the TPO Regulations with no further permissions required from this department.
