Description

We would like to make the following amendments to the Section 106 Agreement: - Amend the Mortgagee in Possession clause at schedule 1 part 2 so this is suitable to meet current lender requirements for charging at Market Value Subject to Tenancies. - Insert a provision allowing the rents to be increased by Consumer Price Index plus 1% annually. - Amend so the initial share purchase of a Shared Ownership lease is 10-75% in line with Homes England’s Model Lease - Amend the enforceability clause at 7.10-7.11 to also include a Registered Provider and their mortgagee. - Amend the exclusion clause at schedule 1 part 2 so this also includes one with a right to buy or preserved right to buy.
