To strip off all stone slates to roofs and set aside sound slates for reuse. To fit eaves felt support trays, breather felt and battens. To replace all leadwork to chimney stacks, valleys and gulleys. To reslate roofs using sound good slates set aside above and make up shortfall with reclaimed stone slates to match existing. To bed and point gables and ridge tiles in sand and lime mortar.
