Description

Discharge of conditions 1, 2 and 3 of existing permission 22/3699C; Removal of the existing, external wood stove flue. Creation of a double door opening on the ground floor, in the North facing wall. The opening will allow the installation of double doors. The window to the right of the proposed opening will be extended to create a full height, picture window. In addition, an existing half window / half door on the west side of the building, in the same corner, will also be extended to become a full height picture window. To the left of the proposed door opening, a previous opening will be reopened to allow a picture window to be put in place. Existing lintels will be moved to accommodate the new windows and any infilling will be completed using bricks removed as part of the creation of the door opening,
