Description

Proposed design and construction of a new extension to the existing E3 building as part of the manufacturing plant including approximately 1,227sqm (GEA) of shell accommodation on ground plus 2 floors. The building will be constructed over the site of an existing single storey lean-to annex which will be demolished as part of the works.
